Nijashree

Nizhashree Awasan Scheme was launched to realize the dream of building houses for the low and middle-income people of West Bengal. At present, its fourth phase is underway in Malda One and two-bed houses will be built with government grants and for very little money and middle-income people will get these flats. One bedroom flat (378 square feet) has to pay 7 lakh 20 thousand takas and two bedroom flat (559 square feet) has to pay 9 lakh 28 thousand takas. By informing the public through necessary measures, applications have been received for both types of flats. The district administration is active to ensure the construction and distribution of flats in a specific plan in the future.
