General Certificate Section

Different institutions submit ‘Requisition for a certificate’ under Section 5 of Public Demand Recovery Act, 2013 for recovering the unpaid dues mentioned in the ‘Certificate case’ from the certificate debtors.  As per the existing process, action is being taken and the unpaid dues, mentioned in the said certificate case, is recovered from the certificate debtor.
